To represent the fear of loosing teeth my model used black acrylic paint to block out her teeth. This makes it look like she is missing teeth or that her teeth are rotting.
I took a photograph of my models teeth close up, which were covered in black paint, this was to represent her teeth falling out and rotting. I didn't capture my models whole face because I didn't want it to distract from the main focus of the photograph.
