I want to explore how makeup can be used to cover up or exaggerate what people see themselves as. I want to show that makeup can be a mask for people to hind behind. How different people have a different story behind why they wear and use makeup. Some people rely on makeup; it makes them feel more confident. Or it portrays what they want to look like. People use makeup to transform themselves into something that they are not; behind all the makeup they look completely different. I also want to use makeup to show peoples fears and phobias, by using makeup I want to capture fears that people have.
